- The subject of the public contract is the supply of a cutting line for cutting polystyrene blocks. Basic conditions of the Principal for the subject of the Supply: a) compliance with the maximum possible floor plan size of the delivered cutting line: see Appendix No. 1 - Location and diagram of the Deliveries, appendix Tender documentation - text part (ZD-TΔ) b) minimum cutting speed of polystyrene with a bulk density of 15 kg/m3, length 1 m, width 1.26 m and height 1 m, when cutting with 10 pcs of resistance wires: 1.4 m/min c) maximum consumption of electrical energy during cutting polystyrene with a bulk density of 15 kg/m3 and a size of 1 m3, when cutting using 10 resistance wires: 27 Wh d) required parts of the cutting line: β’input switch, β’roller conveyor, β’ tipper conveyor, β’ flipper, β’ EPS centering, β’carriage with EPS polystyrene plate (forward and backward movement), β’side cut - shift along the track, β’ cutter with one wire - cutting vertically, moving along the track, β’carriage track with drive, β’ control panel, β’horizontal cutter with automatic wire adjustment, minimum number of resistance wires: 30. The conditions specified in letter b) and c) are the subject of evaluation of the bid of the tenderer. The assessment conditions are detailed in Article 11.1. and 11.2. ZD-TΔ. Part of the subject of the contract is also the fulfillment of DNSH measures according to the conditions of the subsidy OP TAK program, see Article 12.3. ZD-TΔ.
