• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the supply of a block mold for the production of polystyrene blocks. Basic conditions of the Principal for the subject of the Supply: a) compliance with the maximum possible floor plan size of the supplied block form: see Appendix No. 1 Tender documentation - text part (ZD-TČ) b) maximum steam consumption for the production of 1 m3 of polystyrene with a density of 20 g/l: 10.9 kg/m3 c) required size of the manufactured polystyrene block (height x width x depth) - gross dimensions before shrinkage: 2,580x1,250x630 mm d) cooling system solved by closed cooling loops without an external open cooler (cooling towers) e) equipment containing • control panel •pre-filling silo with dust removal • the possibility of individual steaming and vacuum cycles •possibility of exchanging nets •data collection system • lamellar chain conveyor for 2 blocks •block weighting system •block marking system •vacuum system including water management - closed loop including heat exchanger and air cooler • system for the use of waste heat • the possibility of connecting a mixing dust collector units The conditions specified in letter b) are the subject of evaluation of the bid of the tenderer. The assessment conditions are detailed in Article 11.1. and 11.2. ZD-TČ. Part of the subject of the contract is also the fulfillment of DNSH measures according to the conditions of the OP subsidy program SO, see Article 12.3. ZD-TČ. The subject of the contract is also the provision of warranty service. The subject of the contract is also the post-warranty service guarantee.
