Description:
The subject of the contract is the development of a project with the designation: "Reducing the energy efficiency of the Nachod Retirement Home," the goal of which is to reduce the energy efficiency of the building with the designation SO 01 building "B" on the plot of parc. item no. 1111 in the district of Nachod. The project will be the subject of an application for support from the subsidy program, 37. vOPŽP challenges.
The subject of the contract is the preparation of an energy assessment, a certificate of the energy performance of the building (PENB), an expert assessment on the occurrence of generally/specially protected synanthropic species of animals, the preparation of project documentation for a building permit (DSP), including the provision of engineering activities,as well as the provision of cooperation in the preparation and implementation of management for construction works and subsequently also the performance of copyright supervision activities.
