Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a set of energy-saving measures in an apartment building built in 1993. The implementation of the project will significantly improve the thermal and technical properties of the building, increase the share of use of renewable energy sources and to create a quality indoor environment for its users. These are mainly: a) Insulation of the perimeter walls and plinth of the building with mineral fibers tl. 180 mm b) Insulation of additional building structures (balconies, attics) with mineral fibers thickness 180 mm c) Insulation of the roof with PIR boards with a total thickness of 200 mm d) Replacement of windows with new ones with Uw ≤ 0.90 W/m2K e) Replacement of entrance doors with new ones with Ud ≤ 1.50 W/m2K f) Replacement of garage doors with new ones with Ud ≤ 1.70 W/m2K g) Installation of air conditioning for residential units h) FVE 30 kWp on the main roof i) Introduction of energy management.
