Description:
The subject of this public contract is: a) Delivery of 2 pieces of SD WAN routers with the parameters listed in Annex No. 1 of the Agreement - "Technical specification" including the relevant SW (collectively hereinafter also referred to as "equipment"); b) Providing warranty support for delivered devices with support in increased parameters for a duration of 60 months under the conditions agreed in the Contract. It includes the provision of SW support and the provision of all updates (upgrades) of the supplied SW (firmware, drivers, operating SW tools, etc.) including ensuring access and the possibility downloading / substitute transmission of all updates (upgrades) of the supplied SW and its use for the client; c) Provision of licenses for a price included in the price of the device for using the SW, which is an integral and inseparable part of the provided performance (including all updates obtained as part of warranty support in increased parameters). Work related to the implementation and configuration of the supplied devices is not part of the performance. A detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Appendix No. 1 of the Main Procurement Document documentation - "Business Terms" (above and hereinafter also just "Business Terms" or "Agreement"), especially in Appendix No. 1 of the Business Terms - "Technical Specification", which is an integral part thereof.
