- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work consisting of a complete replacement of windows and window sills on Gorkeho 33 and 35 objects. Both buildings affected fall into the city conservation area of the city of Brno,Therefore, the emphasis is on maintaining the historical analogy of both objects (see the requirements specified in the project documentation). The subject of the Public Procurement is specified in detail in the project documentation (Annex 5 of the tender documentation) and the competition of construction work, supplies and services with the bill of quantities (Annex 2the tender documentation). The contracting authority expressly points out that the implementation of the subject of the public contract will be carried out during operation (there will be accommodated pupils in the building) and thus an increased emphasis is placed on the construction of the construction site during the whole work.products
