Description:
The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the URAN building. It is a revitalization of the existing building, which is owned by the statutory city of Liberec and serves for the purposes of the administration of the Municipality of Liberec and the Liberec Municipal Police.
The project deals with the rehabilitation and partial replacement of the existing lightof the outer shell from the 2nd floor to the 7th floor, insulation of brick/concrete perimeter structures with a contact insulation system and a new layer of flat roof. All facade fillings will be replaced and the associated complete replacement of heating elements, including the installation of air conditioning in the officesh premises. Drainage of the new air-conditioning system, partial reconstruction of high-current and low-current electrical distribution systems and external lightning protection will be carried out. In the 1st floor, facilities for the operation of the bus station will be built, including waiting areas for the public, sanitary facilities, sales of ticketsdiary, office and facilities for drivers.
