- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the URAN building. This is the revitalization of the existing building, which is owned by the statutory city of Liberec and serves for the purposes of the administration of the Municipality of meHundred of Liberec and the Municipal Police of Liberec. The project deals with the renovation and partial replacement of the existing light perimeter shell from the 2nd floor to the 7th floor, insulation of brick/concrete perimeter structures with a contact insulation system and a new layer of flat roof. All facade fillings and openings will be replacedů and the related complete replacement of heating elements, including the establishment of air conditioning in the office premises. Drainage of the new air conditioning system, partial reconstruction of high-current and low-current electrical distribution systems and external lightning protection will be carried out.from the bus station including waiting areas for the public, sanitary facilities, ticket sales, office and facilities for drivers. These are construction modifications of internal layouts and internal distribution of electricity, water, sewage, surface modifications and installation of window inlays and doors.
