Description of the order: The subject of the public order "Reconstruction of the track section Most (excluded) - Kyjice (included)" is a) Processing of the notice of intent pursuant to § 6 and documentation pursuant to § 8 of Act c 100/2001 Coll. Conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUSP. b) Creation of Project documentation for joint permits, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in joint construction and land management, obtain valid construction permits, including notification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of Author's supervision during constructionof construction and the activities of the OSH coordinator when working on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. c) Processing and submission of a request for the issuance of a building permit according to Act c. 183/2006 Coll., including all required documents, which will result in the issuance of buildingsnot allowed. d) Preparation of project documentation for construction.
