- Description :
- The subject of the performance of the public contract "Reconstruction of the track section Most (excluded) - Kyjice (including)" is:
a) Processing of the notification of intent pursuant to § 6 and documentation pursuant to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUSP.
b) Preparation of project documentation for a joint permit, which specifiescovers the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in joint construction and zoning proceedings, obtaining a valid building permit, including notification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during construction and the activities of the health and safety coordinator during work on the construction site in phase ppreparation, including the preparation of the OSH plan at the construction site and the maintenance manual.
c) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of a building permit according to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a building permit.
d) Preparation of project documentation for the construction.
