Description:
The subject of the performance of the public order "Reconstruction of the track section Kutna Hora (outside) - Kolin (outside)" is:
• construction of the building according to the tender documentation,
• processing of the Construction Implementation Documentation,
• preparation of the Documentation of the actual execution of the construction, including the geodetic part and documents for approval.
The subject of this public contract is also the provision of cooperation related to the Work or its parts, for the duration of the Agreement on the provision of cooperation, whereby the parts of the Work are understood as (but not exclusively) security devices, operational applications linked to security devices (hereinafter also only "Devices"), and that for any future needs of the client to follow up on the delivered part of the Work with another Equipment of another contractor/manufacturer.
