Subject to the performance of the public contract "Reconstruction of the track section Kalovy Vary (excluded) - New Sedlo u Lokte (including)" and "Reconstruction of the track sectioneku Nove Sedlo u Lokte (outside) - Sokolov (outside)" is a) Processing of the notification of intention according to § 6 and documentation according to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. on environmental impact assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the process will be incorporated into the DUSP. b) Creation of project documentation for a joint permit, which spspecifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in joint construction and zoning proceedings, obtaining a valid joint permit, including notification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during construction and the activities of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site inthe preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. c) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of a joint permit pursuant to Act No. 183/2006 Coll. d) Preparation of project documentation for construction. - Documents :
