- The subject of the performance of the public contract "Reconstruction of the track section Kalovy Vary (excluded) - Nove Sedlo u Lokte (including)" and "Reconstruction of the track section Nove Sedlo u Lokte (excluded) - Sokolov (excluded)" is:
a) Processing of the notification of intent according to § 6 and documentation according to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. on assessing the effects on theenvironment, as amended. The conclusion from the process will be incorporated into the DUSP.
b) Preparation of project documentation for a joint permit, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in joint construction and zoning proceedings, obtain a valid joint permit, including ncertification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during construction and the activities of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.
c) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of a joint permit pursuant to Act No. 183/2006 Sb.
d) Preparation of project documentation for construction.
