- The subject of the Work "Reconstruction of the track section Kadaň-Pruneřov (outside) - Klašterec nad Ohři (outside)" in the range of km 138,760 - 143,670 is:
a) Preparation of the Project Plan according to Directive of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic No. V 2/2012, Directive regulating procedures Ministry of Transport, investor organizations and the State Fundfor transport infrastructure during the preparation of investment and non-investment actions of transport infrastructure, financed without the participation of the state budget, as amended, including annexes (hereinafter referred to as "MD Directive V-2/2012").
b) Processing of the notification of the plan according to § 6 (hereinafter referred to as "EIA notification") and documentation (hereinafter jen "EIA documentation") according to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. on environmental impact assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUSP.
c) Preparation of Project Documentation for a joint permit according to the Line Act, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it is mdirectly discuss in the joint construction and zoning procedure, obtain a valid joint permit, including notification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during construction and the activities of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan for the construction sitei and the maintenance manual.
d) Creation of project documentation for the execution of the construction, which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the Works to such an extent that it is the basis for the tender procedure for the construction of the construction.
