Description: The subject of the competition is the processing of the architectural design of the reconstruction of the Neratovice swimming pool.
The swimming pool is located in an important place in the center of the city with the facade and entrance situated in the Republic Square. It is one of the most important objects of civic amenities in Neratovice.
The building will be operated all year round. Functionally, the building will be divided into three operating zones: pool hall, relaxation world and sauna world. The relaxation world and the sauna world will be separated by turnstiles and will allow the diversified amount of admission and the length of stay. All operating zones, including the entrance hall, dressing rooms and showers and personnel facilities, will be located on the 1NP. All technical background will be placed in 1PP. It is assumed to open and use the roof above the parts of the building consisting of a column reinforced concrete skeleton. These parts can be used for additional sauna world operations and for (outdoor) fitness.
