Description: The subject of the public contract, which is a concession, the general reconstruction of the defined part of the building of the building at Rasínova 643/12, 602 00 Brno, building (other building) No. 643 standing on the property p. No. 40 in the cadastral territory Brno, registered for LV 10001; The building is registered in the territorial circuit in which the state administration of the Czech property cadastre is performed by the Cadastral Office for the South Moravian Region, the Cadastral Workplace of Brno-City, and their subsequent operation or allowing the use of other persons for the duration of the concession. The cost of general reconstruction shall be borne by the selected supplier, which shall have for the duration of the Rašínova 12 permissions of the Constitution or to be used by third parties, thereby reducing these costs. For this purpose, the Party shall conclude a draft contract.
