- The subject of the contract is the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS"), in the implementation of the construction "Reconstruction of the station building at the railway station Mlada Boleslav, hl.n." It is about ensuring the activities of the technical supervision of the builder above the construction of the construction pursuant to Section 161 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, inProfessional regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") on the basis of authorization granted pursuant to Act No. 360/1992, Authorization Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Authorization Act") in the following fields:(pursuant to Section 5 (3) (b) of the Authorization Act) • Technological equipment of buildings (within the meaning of Section 5 (3) (e) of the Authorization Act)Electrical equipment (within the meaning of Section 5 (3) (I) of the Authorization Act)
