- The subject of the work is to make the construction of the "reconstruction of the station building at the Cheb railway station", which aims to renew the conservation of conservation buildings, which has been in operation since 1962. The project includes a complete revitalization of the building - renewal of facades, interiors and technological equipment. In direct connection to the building New parking spaces for employees and the public will be created. The construction will reduce the energy performance of the building, the creation of new retail and administrative areas and the repair of valuable historical elements. The construction also includes the repair of the interiors in the SŜ operating building in Wolkerova Street, after the following Dislocation of employees of the SŜ to the reconstructed station building.
The scope of the work "Reconstruction of the station building at the Cheb railway station" is:
a) Making a construction according to the tender documentation,
b) Processing of construction documentation,
c) elaboration of the documentation of the actual construction of the building in BIM mode including the geodetic part and Documents for occupancy permit (description of deviations and documentation for building permission with deviations indicating).
