- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the Sokolovna building and the implementation of the extension. The building does not meet both in terms of thermal technical and current requirements for hygienic, operating and technical equipment of the public building. It is a two -storey building partially basement with a rugged roof with hipped, mansards and shed roofs. The building is made of full brick masonry with beam ceilings and wooden roof trusses. As part of the reconstruction, they are solved, in addition to its own extension, partial layouts, insulation of the building, new roofing with possible truss treatment, technical equipment of the building (heating, wiring, ZTI, air conditioning).
