Description:
The subject of the performance of the VZMR is the design of construction work in the rooms of the sister, located above each other, in the 1st floor - 3rd floor of building no. 59, LDN Klokočov, detailed workplace of the contracting authority. New layout adjustments will be made by moving the partition to enlarge the floor area of the nurse. The material store will be established from the current hallway. A new floor will be made in the rooms concerned, plasters repair, glass -textile reinforcement layer will be made and the entire surface will be painted. SDK ceiling will be suspended under the existing ceiling. Next, the door will be replaced incl. new doorframes. Existing built -in kitchen units will be replaced in the rooms in question. Air conditioning units will be installed in the sister rooms and inventory rooms. The outdoor units will be fitted on the consolids on the building facade. All heavy -current wiring will be newly realized with the connection to the existing house switchboard in the hallway.
