Description:
The subject of the construction works is the reconstruction of the section of the Opava East Kravař railway line in Silesia at km 26,650 27,150, consisting of the construction of a continuous multipole overpass with a length of approximately 300 meters to bridge the inundation area of the Opava River. Part of the construction work is the removal of the existing one of the earth body in the flooded area, adjustment of the track level, construction of a deep bridge structure including transition areas, reconstruction of the railway bed with provision of drainage, restoration of the railway top including replacement of rails, sleepers, fastening elements and bed, then laying of new cabling including HDPE protectors, optical routes and communication elements. The construction also includes the implementation of related objects, such as railway tracks, geotechnical and landscape stabilization measures, including the provision of conditions for the future integration of the construction into the flood protection system of the city of Opava.
The subject this public contract is also the provision of related project activities, namely the processing of project documentation for the building. Construction project documentation means construction project documentation in accordance with the internal regulations of the contracting authority, directive SŽ SM011 Construction documentation Railway administrations, state organizations and according to Annexes No. 1 and No. 3 of Decree No. 227/2024 Coll., project documentation of transport infrastructure constructions in the complete scope specifying the construction in technical, economic and architectural details, which are clearly defined by the subject of the public contract according to the tender documentation.
