• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the implementation of the "Reconstruction of SZCT steam x HV - area of ​​Špitálka Street, Štěpánská" in the scope of the project documentation and in accordance with the tender conditions. The detailed scope of construction that the client requires to be implemented is specified in more detail in the PROJECT and in the list of works and the statement of dimensions. Construction delivery means the complete and faultless execution of all construction work and structures, including the delivery of the necessary materials necessary for the proper completion of the operable work, further execution of all activities related to the delivery of construction works and constructions, the execution of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site equipment, safety measures, etc.), geodetic surveying of the completed construction and preparation of the geometric of the plan for depositing in the real estate cadastre and securing and handing over the project documentation of the actual execution of the work.
