• Description:
• The subject of fulfillment of this public contract (hereinafter referred to as works) is the repair of the roof cladding of the apartment building in Nadražni 21 Street in Roztoky near Prague. It is factually dismantling the existing roofing and laths in the entire range of roofs with subsequent supply and assembly of thermal insulation, carpentry and tinsmith work.Annex 4 is a blind budget and a statement of an area where a detailed design of the work is read. The shapes and dimensions of the object are in Annex 3 of this Zd. During the implementation of the work, the need for work related to the repair or replacement of part of the roof beam, unacceptated in the blind budget, cannot be ruled out. TheseThe works will then be part of the discussed multi -stores, as regulated by the SOD design (Annex 5 of this ZD). The contracting authority sets out the date of the tour of the Public Procurement Place, where the participant can see in more detail, or to measure or supplement the existing documentation.
