- It is a small -scale public contract for construction work, awarded in accordance with the provisions of Section 6, Section 14, Sections 27 and Section 31 of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority is not obliged to award this contract in the tender. References to the legal provisions in the documentation also represent analogous use. This is not a tender procedure assigned under the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority calls for submission of offers for a small -scale public contract for construction work (reconstruction of polytechnic classrooms and cabinet).
