Description: The subject of the public contract is to make the construction of the “reconstruction of the Pionýrská 23, Brno” building consisting of the reconstruction of the premises of the former secondary economic school at Pionýrská 254/23 in Brno, located on the plots of parc. 778, 779 and 780, all in the cadastral area. Ponava and the village of Brno, which are owned by the customer. The construction consists of a change in the completed construction consisting of construction modifications, extension of the building - elevator and superstructure - increase the ridge of the existing roof. New buildings in the area consist of paved areas and multifunctional playgrounds. Furthermore, the subject of the documentation of the actual construction of the construction and the provision of all necessary documents for issuing the final approval (decision) and representing the contracting authority in the final building approval procedure.
