- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the Pazderna building no. 68 For a children's group for 20 children + 5 employees. The original use of the building was the seat of the company with workshop and warehouses. It is a single -storey object that is partially basement. The reconstruction concerns the above -ground part of the building. In the basement, the project includes modifications of the boiler room. The reconstruction is divided into two stages. The first stage includes a complete reconstruction of the part of the building for the children's group (especially the insulation of the perimeter walls, the replacement of window fillings, insulation and implementation of the roof cladding, comprehensive interior modifications including new electrical, water, sewerage and heating). The second stage includes the reconstruction of the M.č. 1.01 (workshop, warehouse), including thermal insulation of perimeter walls, replacement of window fillings, insulation and implementation of the roof cladding. The distribution of the reconstruction stage is marked in the drawing part of the project documentation. The subject of this public contract is only the 1st stage.
