• The subject and purpose of this order is the processing of project documentation (PD) and engineering work to optimize the use of the premises of ČD, a.s. SÚ Libeň in c.ú. love The subject of the contract consists of the following parts: Part 1: PD for the reconstruction of the railway operating hall of rolling stock ("ŽKV") SÚ Libeň 0P31 (6th dormitory hall) Part 2: Feasibility study of optimizing the use of the premises of ČD, a.s. SÚ Libeň. For the avoidance of doubt, the contracting authority states that this is not a public contract divided into parts, and the contractor thus submits a single offer for the entire subject of the public contract. The subject matter of the public contract is specified in the Binding Model Contract (Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation) ("Contract"). According to § 124 ZZVZ, the contracting authority concludes the contract with the selected supplier. The participant becomes the selected supplier of the procurement procedure, which the contracting authority selects on the basis of the rules for the evaluation of offers specified in Article 8 of this ZD to conclude a contract ("selected supplier") in accordance with the ZZVZ and this ZD.
