Description: The subject of the public contract is the complete realization of the building, which is the result of construction work, respectively. Delivery or services related to these building works, to the extent specified by project documentation. Project documentation is processed in the degree of documentation for building permit (DSP), which is developed in the documentation details of the construction (PCB) and with the specifications of the tender documentation.

The construction refers to an embodiment of the reconstruction of the FN Pilsen in the 1st NP of Object No. 6 and 7 in the Lochotín Zámál.

The desired objective of the construction is to build a modern workplace, which will be sufficient to meet the requirements for modern workplaces of this kind and will also meet all the hygiene and security guidelines and the requirements of applicable decrees, taking into account existing spatial possibilities at the place of construction.
