Description:
The subject of the public contract is services consisting mainly of project work, engineering work, as well as the performance of copyright supervision in connection with the reconstruction of the Center for Medicinal Plants at the address Udolni 527/74, 602 00 Brno, while the estimated value of construction works including orchardrights, water management and interior equipment amounts to CZK 60,000,000 without VAT.
Minimum requirements for the subject of the public contract are defined by technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are part of the tender documentation annex.
Estimated value of the public contract without reservedperformance (hereinafter referred to as the "option") amounts to CZK 4,650,000 without VAT. The estimated value of the public contract including the option is CZK 6,045,000 without VAT, of which the estimated value of the option is CZK 1,395,000 without VAT.
