Description: The subject of the work "Reconstruction of the line section Mladá Boleslav City (inclusive) - Mladá Boleslav Hl. n. (including) '(hereinafter referred to as "the" Building ") is the fabrication:
(a) the project intent according to the Directive of the Ministry of Transport No. V-2/2012;
(b) accompanying documentation to ZP;
(c) making documentation for territorial management;
(d) the processing and submission of an application for the issue of a territorial decision;
(e) processing the intention of the intention of Annex No. 3 (hereinafter referred to as "EIA Notice") and documentation according to Annex No. 4 (hereinafter referred to as "EIA documentation") Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On Environmental Impact Assessment, valid wording;
(f) the part will also be part of the work for assessing the concept of updating the principles of territorial development of the Central Bohemian Region, if they are required by the Central Bohemian Region and the basis for the acquirer of the land-use plan of Mladá Boleslav.
