The subject of the public contract will be implemented according to the FIDIC Yellow book standards (desing and build project). The Contracting Authority expressly states that the technical conditions of the Public Contract relating to the Construction are replaced by the requirements of the Contracting Authority for performance and function.
The subject of the Construction is the reconstruction of the road and the reconstruction of the bridge structures of Libeňský most Street from the Dělnická and Jankovcova intersections, including this intersection to the Palmovka intersection (outside the intersection).
