- The subject of the public contract under the title "Reconstruction of KD Slavie in Česke Budějovice" is the alteration of the completed building - extension, superstructure and construction modifications of the Cultural House SLAVIE, ul v ulica. Jirsikova, Česke Budějovice. This is a complete reconstruction of the building of the cultural house Slavie. Construction companyst includes, in addition to the reconstruction of the building, the implementation of new building environment technology (health technology - water, sewage, EPS, ERO, heating, cooling, air conditioning, high-current and low-current distributions, substations, measurement and regulation, heat and smoke extraction).
The area of interest is defined the streets of Jirsikova, Dukelska, Lidicka and along the Malše river embankment. Outdoor and engineering objects will be realized mainly in this area (except for moving the Čevak pillar to the museum building). Outdoor objects include the realization of a new scene on the area adjacent to the object (between KD Slavie and Jirsikova Street) and the modification of the embankment (residential staircasedy). This contract also includes landscaping in the vicinity of KD Slavie and roads and paved areas. As part of the technical and technological facilities, grease, sewage and rainwater drainage, water connection, HV, weak current and steam pipeline connections, re-routing of some existing networks (steamwater, HV, gas, VO, pillar Čevak).
