Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is construction work consisting in the overall reconstruction of internal distribution systems, repair of surfaces in the interior and construction modifications to improve the use of the Blatské sídliště Elementary School building No. 23. Part of the subject of performance is also removal of school equipment before the start of construction works and subsequent moving of school equipment back after their completion. The construction project documentation is divided into the following building objects: SO 01 Object 'A' Original object 1880 SO 02 Object 'B' Extension 1906 - courtyard wing MINIMIZING THE IMPACT OF THE CONSTRUCTION ON THE SURROUNDINGS The contracting authority points out that the implementation of the public order takes place during the operation of the primary school and significantly negatively affects the operation and teaching at the school. The selected supplier is therefore obliged to implementation of the subject of the public contract to deploy a sufficient amount of work capacities, machines and mechanization in order to minimize the negative effects of the construction on the operation of the school and school teaching.
