Description: The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the House of Culture of Letohrad, which deals with complete reconstruction, extension and new building of the existing house of culture from the late 1970s to suit the new requirements for the operation of the Culture House and the location of the Zuš to the building.
The existing unsatisfactory spatial arrangement and the technical condition of some structures is addressed by a major reconstruction of the substantial part of the culture house associated with partial removal of non-compliant structures, especially in the entry part, which will be supplemented with a new input with multipurpose halls. The existing roofs above the auditorium and the stage will be reconstructed, but their volume and height does not change. In the northeastern side, a new building of the concert hall will be placed in the northeast of the row garage. The Zuš connected with the existing neck building. The project also deals with parking, communication and greenery in the immediate vicinity.
