Title: Reconstruction of Holešov railway station

Description: The subject of the public contract is the construction of the "Reconstruction of the Holešov railway station", the aim of which is to increase speeds, improve passenger comfort when boarding, disembarking and accessing trains, increase safety and eliminate unsatisfactory condition of railway equipment. The execution of a set of repair works on the railway bottom and superstructure, and the related railway infrastructure, including the signaling equipment, will also ensure the load class C3 and achieve the UIC GC clearance profile. The platforms will allow barrier-free access for people with reduced mobility and orientation and will be reconstructed to a height of 550 mm above the top of the rail. As the project is located in the protection zone of the 2nd stage of the Holešov water source, the ground plane in the station area will be secured against the penetration of substances polluting drinking water and an oil separator will be installed.
