- The fulfillment of the public contract consists in a complete replacement of the gas boiler room technology, which is used for Tue and DHW heating for BD Slivova 1,3,5,7 (a total of 72 housing units). Existing gas sources are outdated and in poor technical condition. Four stationary gas are currently installed in the boiler roomBoilers Thermoteka ES with an output of 116 kW and one stationary gas boiler Thermoteka -ov 100 with an output of 100 kW. The total existing boiler power is 564 kW. Newly, the object will be heated by means of two stationary gas condensing boilers with a stainless steel exchanger. The boilers will be with a maximum output of 161.8 kW at80/60 C thermal gradient. The overall new output of the boiler room will be 323.6 kW.Services made by the project documentation.
