- The subject of the performance of the public order is the construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the flat roof of the storage hall in the Opočinek area No. 57 according to the project documentation. The reconstruction will include, in particular, the removal of the layers of the roof covering in the scope of the waterproofing layer, thermal insulation and vapor barrier. At the same time, the existing sheeting of the attic, skylights and other accessories of the roof covering will be removed. A newly designed roof sheathing assembly meeting the building's energy requirements. In addition, roof skylights are placed in the roof shell with preparation for subsequent equipment with fire fans. As part of the replacement of the existing skylights with new ones, their function will be preserved according to the current state, and at the same time they will be prepared for the addition of forced ventilation for a possible investment event, solving a change in the internal operation of the warehouse. As part of the reconstruction of the roof sheathing, the receiving line of the lightning rod will be replaced according to the applicable standards. This event will deal with the complete reconstruction of the roof sheathing so that it corresponds to the necessary operating temperatures and thermal technical properties. The reconstruction will not affect the overall urbanism of the building.
