Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the creation of project documentation in the scope of: - Architectural study - Documentation for building permits and documentation for construction execution - And ensuring preparatory work and engineering (procurement of the necessary statements and opinions of the authorities concerned and planning permission according to the valid building act on the basis of authorization from the client). Documentation for the necessary reconfiguration of the networks of the public technical infrastructure, if they are not provided directly by its administrators. The project documentation will be used for the reconstruction of the building with the construction of 4 apartments, of which 2 are ground floor in barrier-free variant. The total investment costs of the building will be approximately CZK 10,000,000 without VAT. The project documentation will respond to the new challenges of the digital and green transition in accordance with EU goals and support for the availability of rental housing, and will also be aimed at reducing the energy demand of the building so that it is met the criteria according to the SBToolCZ methodology at the bronze certificate level, the ZEB standard and the active building standard, namely for an apartment building.
