• Reconstruction of the Faculty of Civil Engineering - building B - repetition
  The purpose of the Public Procurement is to carry out a complete reconstruction of the existing building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague - building B, at the address Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “Building”), in order to ensure that, upon completion, the Building will be a modern, gentle and healthy building of the 21st century achieving excellent parameters in terms of energy efficiency. At the same time, the building must be fully adapted to its purpose, i.e. to provide a comfortable and functional background for the education of students, as well as the pedagogical, research, professional and other activities of the academic staff and other employees of the Client. The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for work for the implementation of the subject of the Public Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). The subject of the Public Contract is the processing of documentation for the implementation of the construction and realization of construction works during the reconstruction of the Faculty of Civil Engineering - building B (hereinafter referred to as the "Work"), including all technology supplies. The subject of the Public Contract is therefore both services during the design of the Work and construction work during its implementation, including putting the Work into operation in accordance with its purpose.
