The activities will be carried out according to the project documentation and the measurement statement "Reconstruction of the facade and roof of the school" drawn up by the designer LAPLAN s.r.o., IČO 29201691, with registered office at Cejl 504/38, Zabrdovice, 602 00 Brno, responsible designer Ing. arch. MartinPavlun, authorization type A field of architecture (A.1), number in the ČKA list 04574 (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation"). All features, procedures, requirements and specifications are listed in the draft contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation and in the project documentation, which is together withby the measurement report in Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. - see ZD for details. - Documents :
