- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the contract is: - total reconstruction of air conditioning and radiochemical laboratories of the CMI Prague building, Radio 1288/1a, 102 00 Prague 10 Adjustments and equipment of laboratories on the floor of the 1st floor (m. 7,8,9,10,11), including the modification of the hygienic loop (m. 6). - Total repair and roof insulation on the whole building. - Installation and installation of EVDS, Operation training - performing all tests and handing over the documents necessary for the use of the work (revision, declaration of conformity, certificates, etc.) and other activities defined in the report of the area and inventory of works and supplies. The subject of the contract is the workplace III. category according to Act No. 263/2016 Coll. and the second category according to Act No. 258/2000 Coll.
