- The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation and other follow -up activities of the designer for the reconstruction of the building of the ZARLIN. The basis for the project documentation is the project for the building permit of the Atelier ALFA s.r.o. Na Hřebenky 620/58, 150 00 Prague 5 and D/Form GesellschaftFuer architectures + Stadtebau MBH, Leibnizstrasse 33, 106 25 Berlin, 2024). The project documentation will be the basis for the selection of the supplier and the realization of the reconstruction of the Embassy building. As part of the reconstructionThere will be a change in the use of simultaneously unused administrative spaces for apartments, on the highest floor a residential apartment with a roof terrace will be built, office space will be modernized and the representative spaces are remedied so that the integrity of the interior remains intact. All with the intention of optimizationSurface and especially with an emphasis on a major improvement in the thermal technical characteristics of the building.
