- The subject of this public contract is the provision of services for the client consisting in the development of project documentation for the reconstruction of the Dominican Monastery in Cheb (house no. 219, no. 260, no. 123). The area of the former Dominican monastery with the church of St. Wenceslas in Cheb is a cultural monument, registeredu to the list of immovable cultural monuments of the Czech Republic. The aim of the reconstruction is to place the operation of the Basic Art School (hereafter ZUŠ) in the monastery buildings, in accordance with the current requirements of the school, with minimal interventions in the construction and layout of the entire area. Construction modifications will be designed in such a way that there are no damagesincreasing the historical value of the building, and in accordance with the requirements of the historic preservation authorities.
