- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the former Dominican monastery in Cheb for the purpose of moving the JindΕich JindΕich Primary Art School to the building.
The greater part of the work on the reconstruction of the monastery will take place in the interior of the buildings in connection with the change of their use and the complete replacement of the engineering distribution sewing. Inappropriate built-ins into the historic structure and inadequate opening fillings will be removed. Within individual buildings, old or damaged tread layers will be removed and new ones will be made. A new elevator shaft will also be built. The elevator shaft will be connected to a new reinforced concrete slab staircase.
A significant intervention in the external appearance of the monastery will be the restoration of the fired ceramic roofing (beaver) on the roofs of building B and C. On building A, the roofing will be replaced with a new, copper one made of corrugated metal. The plastering of the facades will also be repaired. The main courtyard that adjoins the entrance from Janske namΔsti, will be newly paved with granite sections in combination with stone paving.
It is also not part of the subject of performance development of restoration plans and treatment of art and craft elements with restoration techniques. In accordance with Β§18, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ, these works will be awarded in separate procedures.
