- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the former Dominican monastery in Cheb to move the Elementary Art School of JindΕich JindΕich to the building.
Most of the works on the conversion of the monastery will take place in the interior of buildings in connection with the change of their use and complete exchange of utilities sewing. Inappropriate installations will be removed into the historic construction and unsatisfactory fillings of the holes. The individual objects will be removed or damaged tread layers and new ones will be removed. In addition, a new elevator shaft will be made. The elevator shaft will be followed by a new reinforced concrete plate staircase.
A significant intervention in the outer appearance of the monastery will be to restore burnt ceramic roofing (beaver) on the roofs of object B and C. On the object A, the covering will be replaced with a new, copper, folded sheet metal. Furthermore, the plaster of the facades will be repaired. The main yard that follows the Entry from Janske Square, will be newly paved with granite panels in combination with stone paving. Part of the subject of performance is, among other things, the development of restoration plans for the treatment of art and artistic elements. These elements must not be treated with conventional building-miper techniques, But restoration techniques carried out by a restorer with the relevant license of the Ministry of Culture in the relevant category.
Delivery and installation of primary central heat supply, heat exchanger station and cogeneration units (building object SO 05) are not subject to this order. B... - Documents:
