- The subject of the public contract "Reconstruction of the dispatch building in the Prague - Smichov Railway" is:
a) Creation of Project Documentation for a joint permit, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in a joint construction procedure, or planning permission procedure according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, effective from 1 January 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "NSZ"), to obtain a valid joint permit, or permit of the plan according to the NSZ, including notification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during construction and the activities of the health and safety coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phasey including the processing of the OSH plan at the construction site and the maintenance manual.
b) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of a joint permit in accordance with Act No. 183/2006 Coll., Act on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act), as amended, or issuance of planning permission according to NSZ, including all required documents, which will result in the issuance of a joint permit, or planning permission according to NSZ. The contractor will cooperate in the issuance of relevant decisions until they become legally binding (in the case of submission of an incomplete application, interruption due to missing or defectively processed documents, this is a defect of the Work).
c) Preparation of project documentation for the execution of the construction, which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the Work to such an extent that it is the basis for the tender procedure for the construction of the construction,
d) Preparation of the Update of the Project Intent according to the Directive of the Ministry of Transport... - Documents :
