- The subject of the public contract is the creation of individual stages of project documentation (hereinafter also referred to as "PD") for the reconstruction of the cinema, including the adjacent public space. The contracting authority will also emphasize the focus of the project documentation on energy savings and their incorporation. Part of the public subjectthe contract is to carry out the necessary surveys for subsequent project work in the scope of professions for the complete solution of the cinema building, consultancy in the matter of project documentation (e.g. when choosing a contractor for construction work, editing project documentation, editing the list of construction work, supplies and services with a statementm square footage, etc.) and the subsequent implementation of copyright supervision. A more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation and Appendix No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
