Building work according to processed and approved project documentation include, in particular, energy-saving measures on building covers in the scope of the authorized conservation authorities, ie replacement of opening fillings behind the insulating tribling windows, the insulation of all perimeter walls, including skylights and ceilings above the outdoor area, roof insulation and terraces Forced ventilation with recuperation, installation of heat pump as sources for heating and cooling and installing energy-saving light sources. In addition to the framework of these energy-saving measures, the reconstruction of data and telephony wires, reconstruction of social facilities, to coatings and replacement of the door part, replacement of worn floor coverings, a new fire safety solution with building division into fire sections, ventilation of escape routes and electrical installation system signaling.
