Contract description: Construction reconstruction of the buildings in question with the main aim of reducing their energy efficiency. Construction work according to the processed and approved project documentation includes mainly energy saving measures for building envelopes to the extent permitted by the organs of the memorial furnace, ie replacement of opening fillings with insulated triple glazing, insulation of all perimeter walls including skylights and ceilings above the outdoor area, , forced ventilation with recuperation, installation of a heat pump as a source for heating and cooling and installation of energy - saving light sources. In addition to these energy-saving measures, data and telephone wiring will be reconstructed, sanitary facilities will be reconstructed, paints and parts of doors will be replaced, worn floor coverings will be replaced, new fire safety solutions will be built with fire sections, escape routes will be ventilated and electrical systems will be installed. signaling.
