- It is a three-storey, brick, listed L-shaped building with a partial basement, 1/4 of which is owned by the Client, the remaining 3/4 is owned by the statutory city of Pilsen. The subject part of the building is currently unused by the owner of the ZZMV. In the Land Registry, the building is listed asconstruction of civil facilities. The parcels owned by ZZMV are: one quarter of parcel no. 523/1, and then the entire parcel, parc. no. 5283/2, 42097, 523/2, 5283/86, 5283/85, all c.u. Pilsen. Building modifications will take place in parts of the 2nd and 3rd floors, including the main staircase from the 1st floor.
Construction work will take place in twostages:
Stage No. 1:
realization of the reconstruction of the social facilities on the second and third floors, as well as the waiting room on the 3rd floor and the day room and dressing room on the 2nd floor. with living room and dressing room. The first stage will be completed by December 20, 2023.
Stage No. 2:
the remaining parts of the dental office, laboratory, corridor, social. background prabout immobile toilets, warehouses, stairs until the end of February 2024 to the extent given by the project documentation and the measurement report without replacement of windows. The statics of the building will not be interfered with, except for the assessment of the ceiling under the dentist's workplace, which will be reinforced. The second stage will be completed by February 29, 2024. - Documents :
